Check if you can hear any sound by plugging the headphones directly into the TV audio out. Be sure to change your TV audio OUT setting to "External Speakers" (if using RCA Audio OUT and Optical OUT) or "Headset" (if using AUX/3.5mm OUT). If you're using a DAC, ensure you change your TV's audio format to“PCM". 2) The Transmitter and Headphones aren't connected properly Make sure the headset are turned to the same channels as the transmitter, for headphone, ON/OFF tuning button is also the Channel Key, while enjoying music, we can press this button quickly to switch to the preferred channels. ( Headphone Channel 1---transmitter Channel 1; Headphone Channel 2- transmitter Channel 2; Headphone Channel 3-transmitter Channel 3 ) Q2: The sound from the TV is not consistent? 1) Check if there is a radio playing in the room. The radio frequency will interfere the TV signal. Please turn off the radio. 2) Check if the power adapter and the base is too close; if the base and the TV is too close. Keep both distance no less than 0.5m to avoid interference. 3) When the signal is too poor to receive, the headset will turn into dormant state, Please press “TUNE” button on the headset. 4) If TV sound is too low, headset can’t receive the signal, please kindly turn up the volume of TV. Q3: Make sure all connection is right and the red light is on at the beginning, but after a few minutes, red indicator light off and Why I can't hear the sound of the headphones? Please to ensure the TV audio source Volume is suitable, if the volume is too low, the cradle auto-switches off after 10 minutes of use. Please double check the headset are turned to the same channels as the transmitter, if the headset channels is not matched with the transmitter channels, the headphone can’t receive accordingly transmitter signal, it also will auto-switch off. Note: Headphone Auto-switch off is based on the saving electricity. Q4. How many transmitters and headphones can work at once? Three independent transmitter can work simultaneously, but please kindly note that three transmitter can’t use the same frequency at the same time to avoid interference. There is no limit to the number of headphones that can be worked in one area, in other words, endless headphone can be used one transmitter within the range of launch of the transmitter. Q5. How long does the headphone need to charge? And how long the headphone last when it’s full charged?
